Overzicht fixes(Engels):

  • Resolved NetSupport ServiceDesk error found when entering a refresh interval of over 255 seconds for the Problem List and Change Request list.

  • Resolved issue whereby it was found that you could not save changes for the refresh interval values within the User Preferences.

  • Resolved issue found whereby a timeout error could appear when accessing the Incidents, Problems and Change Request lists within the NetSupport ServiceDesk.

  • Resolved issue whereby certain reports within the NetSupport ServiceDesk would not apply the date parameters correctly and would instead display all Incidents, Change Requests and Problems on the reports.

  • Resolved issue found whereby multiple emails could be sent by a Workflow rule created for when Incidents are updated and the Work flow rule does not contain any conditions.

  • Resolved issue whereby a timeout error could appear when opening a Incident, Problem or Change Request within the NetSupport ServiceDesk.
